Cookies so good, everyone will be swooning!
Recipe:
11/4 cups/150g all-purpose flour
1 tsp cornstarch
Pinch of kosher salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup/ 60g unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
1/2cup/90g brown sugar
1/4 cup/ 50g white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of almond extract
1 egg
1/2 cup/100g white chocolate chips
1/2 cup/ 100g chopped macadamia nuts (toasted)
Flaky salt for sprinkling
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and both sugars in a mixing bowl. Whisk the melted butter, vanilla & almond extract and egg together and add to the flour/sugar mixture. Fold in the macadamias and white chocolate.
Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours and up to 24 hours. (the longer the mixture is refrigerated the less the cookie will spread)
