The real secret to the best chicken salad is…a little maple syrup!

Recipe:
2 breasts from a rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup good mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
2 stalks of celery, grated
1 teaspoon paprika
1 - 11/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 cups chopped dried cranberries
Chopped toasted pecan nuts for topping
1/4” sliced apple rings for serving
Arugula for garnish

The single best way to shred chicken is with a whisk attachment of a stand mixer. You can control how fine you would like the chicken to be. Enjoy 🍎
