Did you know that Trader Joe’s Teeny, Tiny Cukes make the very best little pickles? Perfect for snacking, camp lunches or sliced on your favorite sandwich.

Recipe:

  • 2 containers Teeny Tiny Cukes (or the smallest cucumbers you can find)
    Bring to a boil:

  • 500ml distilled white vinegar

  • 250ml water

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed

  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 - 1 cup sugar, depending how sweet you like your pickles

  • 4 -6 cloves garlic

  • Chopped fresh dill

Pour the mixture over the mini cucumbers. Add sliced onion if you wish. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
