1/2 cup fine cornmeal
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
11/2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Honey Butter:
1/2 butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
Blueberry or raspberry jam
