This Cinnamon Crunch Loaf is a must try dessert!

Recipe:

For the cinnamon crunch topping:

  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the cake:


  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup honey- flavored Greek yogurt

  • 1 large egg


  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste


  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 
2/3 cup milk 


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkle:

  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

To Serve:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C

  • Combine the ingredients for the cinnamon crunch topping in a small bowl and set aside.

In small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, yogurt, egg, milk, maple syrup and vanilla paste.
In a separate bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and stir in the white chocolate chips.
Pour half of the batter into a prepared 9”x5” loaf pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Add the remaining cake batter to the pan. Spoon the cinnamon crunch topping on top of the cake batter.

Bake for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Serve warm.
