A 3-ingredient frozen treat for when you simply must have a bite of something cold and sweet…
Recipe:
8 2-cookie packs of Biscoff cookies
Heavy whipping cream
Butterscotch magic shell (see below for homemade version)
Paper straws, halved or ice cream sticks
Open one side of the cookie pack. Pour the whipping cream carefully into the cookie package, using a squeeze bottle.
Place a straw or ice cream stick into the cookie/cream mixture. Freeze for at least an hour.
Carefully peel away the plastic wrapping. Dip each ice cream pop into the magic shell topping. Freeze again until you eat them.
Tip: Use chocolate magic shell topping and sprinkle the pops with rainbow sprinkles- if you prefer over butterscotch .
Homemade Butterscotch Topping:
1 cup butterscotch baking chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Melt the chips in a the microwave or on the stovetop. Whisk in the coconut oil and immediately dip the ice cream pops into the toppings.
