Baking Asparagus HACK using a paper bag-
Toss trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon…maybe a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Put asparagus in a brown paper bag and fold over the top like a loose envelop to seal, and bake at 400°F for 18 -20 minutes. Steams inside, roasts outside—tender, never mushy. Make sure the bag is brushed with oil so it doesn’t catch fire!
