Most people don’t even know WHITE chia seeds exist . If black chia seeds give you the ick… this strawberry chia pudding is for you.
A creamy strawberry chia pudding topped with crunchy almond oat brittle (Recipe is a riff on @bakedbymelissa’s viral version.)
Recipe:
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
2 cups thick plain yogurt (Greek or Skyr)
1/2 cup white chia seeds
Sliced strawberries for topping (spritzed with orange juice)
Brittle recipe:
2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon flaked almonds.
Stir together until toasted, remove from heat and cook.
Little tip: squeeze fresh orange juice over the strawberries before serving — it makes them taste extra sweet and juicy 🍓🍊
