Ingredients:

  • Baby Dutch potatoes

  • Trader Joe’s Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • Olive oil

  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Parboil the potatoes
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes until fork-tender. Drain well.

  2. Prep for roasting
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C. Place your roasting pan in the oven while it heats.

  3. Season
Toss the potatoes with Garlic Parmesan Butter and a drizzle of olive oil (this helps prevent burning). Add salt if needed.

  4. Roast
Carefully transfer potatoes to the hot pan. Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside.

  5. Serve
Crispy outside, fluffy inside — serve hot with your favorite protein.

Hot Tips 🔥

  • Always parboil for that perfect fluffy center

  • Mix butter + oil to avoid burning

  • Preheat your pan for extra crispiness

Pairs well with: chicken, steak, or fish (honestly… all three)
