Easy, high-protein cottage cheese egg bites—perfect for a quick, nutritious grab-and-go breakfast!
Ingredients:
6 large eggs (I love @vitalfarms )
1 cup cottage cheese (my go-to is @good_culture )
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite!)
½ cup diced veggies ( I used cherry tomatoes, kale & broccoli but use any veggies you have on hand)
Bake at 350°F/ 180°C for 30 minutes. Enjoy🍳
