Healthy Cereal Bowl Glow-Up 💗🥣
Forget the sugary stuff—this pink superfood bowl is packed with clean ingredients, protein-packed and zero crash energy. Pretty, powerful, and way more satisfying than your childhood faves.
For pink milk, blend milk of choice (I use full-fat dairy milk), a couple of dehydrated strawberries (for extra color), fresh strawberries and a scoop of collagen powder. Pop the milk into the freezer while you prepare the cereal because ice cold milk is essential.
For the loaded cereal:
1 cup organic cornflakes ( I use @therealcerealcompany )
1 cup organic rice crisps
Fresh fruit of choice )I use strawberries, bananas, raspberries, cherries and pomegranate
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Optional: add some chopped walnuts.
I do sweeten with a sprinkle of sugar because I love the sweet crunch but use your sweetener of choice.
