Used an éclair cutter to turn classic chocolate chip cookies into the ultimate dunkers. More crispy edges, perfect for coffee, and they look straight out of a bakery case.

I fear I may never go back to round cookies.

Recipe:
Chocolate Chip Dunkers (10 bars)

* 1 large egg
* 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
* 3½ tablespoons granulated sugar (45g)
* ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar (70g)
* 8 tablespoons (1 stick minus 1 tbsp) softened butter (110g)
* 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour (200g)
* Pinch of salt
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* ¾ cup chocolate chips (130g)
* Flaky sea salt, for finishing

Bake at 400°F/200°C for 8 minutes
