No one in my house agrees on banana bread add-ins… so I made all of them.
Same batter, four flavors- baked in a super cube because why not
(also… who knew this thing wasn’t just for freezing soup)
🍫 chocolate chip
🥜 peanut butter swirl
🍓 strawberry + white chocolate
🌾 walnut oat
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup melted butter or oil
1/2–3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix wet → add dry → stir just to combine.
2. Fill Your Mold
Lightly grease the silicone mold
Divide batter evenly between the 4 sections (about 3/4 full)
Add you favorite add-ins:
- chocolate chips
-toasted walnuts and topped with oats
- dehydrated strawberries and white chocolate chips
- peanut butter swirl and banana chip topping
Other ideas:

3. Bake
350°F (175°C)
~30–40 minutes (check center with a toothpick)
