Recipe for 1-2 people

1 can good quality tuna, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped pickles
1 heaped tablespoon mayo or Greek yogurt
1 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
salt, black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground celery seed
Fresh Dill & my Pickled Red Onions for topping (recipe on website)

Serve on sourdough toast or lettuce cups 🥬
