Recipe:

  • 1 bag of large, ripe cherries, washed and dried

  • 1 cup (200g) sugar

  • 2/3 cup (150g) water 

Steps:

  1. Combine sugar and water in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil – swirl do NOT stir, until mixture a golden caramel color. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.

  2. Dip the cherries into the caramel and place on a parchment lined baking sheet to harden.
