Recipe:
1 bag of large, ripe cherries, washed and dried
1 cup (200g) sugar
2/3 cup (150g) water
Steps:
Combine sugar and water in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil – swirl do NOT stir, until mixture a golden caramel color. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Dip the cherries into the caramel and place on a parchment lined baking sheet to harden.
